Key Responsibilities

  • Customer service: collect data for quotations, provide information on policies, coverage and receipt status.
  • Quotation and issuance of policies.
  • Advise clients on available insurance options.
  • Review received quotations via the quotation system, propose alternatives and issue policies.
  • Manage and maintain the client portfolio: policy reviews, premium adjustments, cancellations due to claims, issuing new insurance, handling returned receipts and following up cancellation requests.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in insurance brokerage.
  • Technical knowledge of the insurance sector.
  • Customer orientation, organizational skills and attention to detail.
