Job Opportunity Customer Service Representative (Dutch Language)

We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives (Dutch language) to join an international company in the car leasing sector.
Location: Barcelona (hybrid model)
Schedule:
– Monday to Friday, 07:30 15:30
– No weekend shifts

Salary: €21,200 gross/year + remote work allowance
Contract: Initial 4-month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent
Your Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide support and solutions related to leasing services
– Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
