Role Summary:
The International HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders across the EMEA region, ensuring that HR initiatives effectively support organizational goals. This role requires strong partnership capabilities, a solid understanding of regional HR practices, and the ability to collaborate with global HR teams to deliver integrated and consistent HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and managers across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with overall business objectives.

  • Partner with regional managers to understand their needs and develop HR programs and initiatives that support business goals and objectives.

  • Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, and make improvement recommendations as needed.

  • Collaborate with other HRBPs to share best practices and coordinate global HR initiatives.

  • Offer guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Stay up to date on HR best practices and emerging trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with corporate HR functional teams (compensation & benefits, employee relations, payroll, recruitment, etc.) to ensure the delivery of integrated HR services across the organization.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports.

Requisitos :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, preferably within matrixed and global organizations.

  • Previous experience in team management.

  • Ability to think strategically about HR programs and initiatives.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, and experience working within a global organization.

  • Advanced level of English; a second language will be considered a plus.

  • Location: Madrid, Barcelona, or negotiable within Europe.
