Position Overview

As a Customer Succes s you will manage and grow relationships with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring high retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue expansion.

You will combine customer success and commercial acumen , acting as a strategic partner to clients while identifying opportunities to increase adoption and generate additional value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Spanish clients, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction.
  • Drive renewals and retention, proactively identifying at-risk accounts.
  • Deliver consultative support, helping clients maximize value from Simplifae solutions.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Manage commercial processes, including proposals and contract updates.
  • Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems .
  • Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product adoption and customer outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients.

Education & Experience

  • Up to 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Dynamics 365, or similar).
  • Background in SaaS, B2B services, or digital platf orms preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with proven upselling/cross-selling ability.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Fluent in Spanish and En glish (mandatory).Portuguese is a plus.
