At Strategy& (PwC), we are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Retail & Consumer practice, working alongside senior executives to solve complex strategic challenges and drive lasting impact.

You will play a key role in shaping growth strategies and leading transformation programs for leading retailers and consumer companies.

What you’ll do

• Work with C-level clients to define corporate and business strategies
• Lead transformation initiatives across operating models, organization and capabilities
• Drive revenue growth strategies (pricing, promotions, commercial excellence)
• Shape value propositions and product strategies to enhance competitiveness
• Deliver operational improvements across the value chain
• ·Support strategic and commercial due diligence in transaction contexts

What we’re looking for

• 3–6 years of experience in strategy consulting or strategic roles in Retail/Consumer
• Proven track record in strategy, growth or transformation projects
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
• Ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders
• Fluency in English
