IT Business Analyst | Madrid, Spain | 6–12 Month Contract (Rolling)

• Document and validate business system requirements, map “as-is” and “to-be” process flows with Business and IT teams.
• Lead/participate in workshops for requirement gathering, gap analysis, and ensuring all business needs are captured.
• Prepare project documentation, test plans, and support system testing and UAT to meet quality standards.
• Assist with implementation tasks and provide post-implementation support for successful project delivery.
• Deliver management presentations, train key users, and provide logistics/systems consultancy to internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, or Engineering; Business Analysis (CBAP/PMI-PBA) or Project Management certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a large international logistics environment with proven BA experience in IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and WMS systems; experience with Blue Yonder WMS, TMS, or CIMS is highly desirable.
• Proficient in translating business requirements into IT specifications with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban); familiarity with software testing tools and SDLC methodologies.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional European language is a plus.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work independently under pressure.
