The Green Recruitment Company is looking for an attorney with experience in Energy/Regulatory Law to work in a renowned firm specialized in the energy sector with offices in Madrid and Barcelona.

The chosen person will report directly to the area partner and will be part of a growing young team having constant contact with the Regulatory and Renewable Energy departments as well as international clients.

Responsibilities:

• Advice on matters of public contracting and permitting.
• Resolution of queries related to the energy sector.
• Analysis and preparation of documentation adapted to the regulations to enter the tenders.
• Advice to the firm’s clients on regulatory aspects of the Energy sector, in administrative proceedings and in processes in the contentious-administrative order.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory and/or Energy law.
• Experience managing teams.
• Ability to identify and manage risks in projects.
• High organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent level of English and German.
