✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of cutting-edge digital solutions for Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E), from design to deployment and continuous improvement. • Act as IT Product Owner, driving solution architecture, innovation, and alignment with business strategy. • Collaborate with global stakeholders, ensuring business satisfaction and seamless IT operations across platforms. • Manage and inspire offshore development teams, ensuring top performance, security standards and delivery excellence. • Identify and implement innovative technologies (AI, cloud, modern UX/UI) to transform HS&E processes. • Optimize, customize and integrate enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, reliability and performance. • Drive data-driven decision making by analysing business needs and prioritizing high-impact initiatives. • Ensure compliance (GDPR, H&S policies), while managing change requests and continuous improvement pipelines.
