Project Manager (German Speaker | Automotive Sector)

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join a leading project in the automotive sector. If you bring strong coordination skills, experience in ramp-up and change management, and are fluent in German and English , this could be your next challenge!

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate complex automotive projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with specialist groups across different domains to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive change management and oversee lifecycle processes throughout the project.
• Manage production planning and ramp-up phases, ensuring successful industrialization.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report to key stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

• +5 years of proven experience in project management, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
• Solid knowledge of change management, lifecycle management, and ramp-up in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with OEMs’ development processes, methods, and tools.
• Background in electrified components within the MEB series, including battery insourcing.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar.
