Key Responsibilities

As an Hydraulics Engineer , you will:

• Conduct hydraulic studies  to integrate stormwater management  into our projects, in coordination with fountain and irrigation systems.
• Perform modeling  of hydraulic flows and sizing of storage structures  (basins, networks, etc.).
• Develop a comprehensive water management strategy  (stormwater, irrigation, fountains), including the design and sizing of hydraulic systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance  by analyzing urban planning documents and water law files.
• Coordinate  with internal design teams and external partners.
• Drive innovation  by proposing sustainable solutions and contributing to the agency’s development strategy to address urban climate challenges.

Required Profile

Technical Skills

• Education:  Degree in urban hydrology, water management, mechanical engineering, architecture , or a related field.
• Expertise:
• Strong understanding of the small and large water cycles .
• Experience in stormwater management, water treatment, or irrigation .
• Familiarity with project phases in design and construction management .
• Tools:  Familiarity with GIS tools, drainage networks and/or BIM environments.

Soft Skills

• Teamwork:  Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary and international  environment.
• Languages:  Fluent in French and English  (working languages of the firm) both we
• Personal Qualities:  Open-minded, curious, rigorous, and eager to learn and grow.

Additional Assets

• Experience in international projects  or collaboration with architecture firms.
• Passion for innovative solutions  and climate-related challenges.
