Aerodynamics Academy is a well-established EASA Approved Training Organisation based in Spain, with more than 27 years of continuous operation.
We operate from two bases in southern Spain — Granada and Málaga — and run a fully implemented Safety Management System within a genuine just culture, where safety reporting is encouraged and never penalised.
Our fleet combines traditional and brand-new aircraft with analogue and glass cockpits, all maintained in-house to ensure high availability and operational reliability.
Other than Integrated and modular training, we also deliver MPL programmes for several airlines in collaboration with CAE , exposing our instructors to airline-oriented training standards and structured cadet programmes.
Our ideal candidate
We are looking for two distinct profiles:
Developing Instructor
A Flight Instructor with:
- Minimum 500 hours Total Time
- Minimum 200 hours of instructional experience
Who is motivated to continue developing professionally and obtain additional qualifications such as IRI and CRI. We offer a structured pathway to support your progression while providing stability and operational consistency.
Senior Instructor
An experienced FI holding CRI and/or IRI privileges who is seeking:
- Long-term stability
- Predictable working conditions
- A competitive and reliable income
- An excellent quality of life
We value senior instructors who are willing to share their experience, contribute to standardisation, and mentor younger colleagues within the organisation.

Requirements
- EASA Unrestricted FI(A)
- Valid Class 1 Medical
- English ICAO Level 4 minimum
- Spanish ICAO Level 4 desirable
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
- EU nationality or right to work in Spain
