Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Merchant Operations Support (60%)
– Support KPI tracking and coordination among European offices.
– Assist in preparing business reports and conducting market research related to the European payment industry.
– Participate in merchant visits, acceptance checks and operational inspections.
– Support project coordination, documentation review and internal reporting tasks.
– Monitor payment market trends and assist in collecting business information and data analysis.
– Participate in business development projects according to business needs and personal capabilities.
2. Administrative & Marketing Support (40%)
– Assist in daily office administration tasks.
– Support preparation of Marketing & Communication materials, translations and information collection.
Requirements
– Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at a Spanish university.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
– Professional proficiency in Chinese and English; Spanish working proficiency is preferred.
Additional Information:
– Internship based in Madrid, Spain.
– Internship agreement with the university may be required.
– The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in business development and cross-border payment operations within the European market.
