We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executi ve with a strong hunter minds et and a proven track record in selling complex solutions to large enterprise organizations. This role is focused on new business developme nt, requiring a proactive individual who thrives on identifying, creating, and winning new opportunities.

WHAT YOUR IMPACT WILL BE :

  • Identify, target, and engage new enterprise accounts to generate qualified sales opportunities;
  • Navigate complex organizational structures by mapping stakeholders , understanding decision-making processes, and building multi-level relationships;
  • Conduct effective opportunity qualification , assessing deal viability and prioritizing high-impact opportunities;
  • Develop and execute tailored engagement strate gies to advance deals through the sales cycle;
  • Own the full sales process, from initial outreach through negotiation and closing ;
  • Build trusted relationships with senior business, technical, and procurement stakeholders ;
  • Uncover customer needs and align solutions to deliver clear business value;
  • Manage long and complex sales cycles with discipline and persistence;
  • Maintain accurate and timely pipeline management and forecast ing;
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and activities, ensuring full transparency with management.

THE IDEAL PROFILE :

  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise sales, preferably in complex or solution-based environments;
  • Strong hunter mentality, with a passion for prospecting and opening new markets;
  • Proven ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with leadership;
  • Highly organized and disciplined in reporting, pipeline management, and communication;
  • Skilled in stakeholder management across large, matrixed organizations;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities;
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

ANNUAL BASE SALARY : 80.000€ – 90.000€ + bonus
