CANDIDATE PROFILE

To drive their growth, the company is looking to hire a Director.

They expect the following from the candidate:

  • Execution: direct the prestigious Programs.
  • Commercial: acquiring new accounts and strategically sell the firm solutions at the level of General Management, Sales Management, and HR Management.

The ideal candidate should have excellent professional presence, a passion for sales, and a proactive attitude toward challenges. It is essential that they are methodical and structured, with the ability to follow processes and achieve objectives efficiently.

  • Professional with more than 25 years of total experience, including 6–8 years in management positions.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Stable career history.
  • Ability to build relationships with high-level executives.
  • Experience in sales and account development.
  • Ability to adapt to existing methodologies, with a focus on deepening and executing established processes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales:

  • Selling executive development services to companies, with an expected annual sales volume of €250,000–€350,000.

Business Development:

  • Identifying new commercial opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and active prospecting to add strategic clients to the portfolio.

Client Management:

  • Building strong relationships with identified clients, ensuring continuous follow-up to maximize account potential and guarantee long-term satisfaction.
