The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the craft and experience of a product that spans many surfaces — a native mobile app, conversational interfaces inside WhatsApp and Telegram, a web app, a browser extension, and more.

You’ll design end-to-end: from understanding user needs and framing problems, through interaction design, all the way to pixel-perfect UI and polished, shippable flows. This is a senior, high-autonomy role for someone with exceptional craft and strong product thinking.

What You’ll Do

• Own product design end-to-end for major features and surfaces — from problem framing and user flows to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
• Design coherent experiences across multiple surfaces: native mobile app, conversational/chat interfaces, web, and extensions.
• Translate complex capabilities (memory, AI, automation) into experiences that feel simple, intuitive, and delightful.
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system, for both consistency and speed.
• Partner closely with product and engineering from discovery through ship, iterating based on data and user feedback.
• Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Raise the craft bar across the product — interaction details, motion, and visual polish.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI craft.
• Proven experience shipping consumer-facing products, ideally mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Mastery of Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills — you sweat the details and consistently ship high-fidelity work.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems.
• Solid product thinking: you reason from user problems and business goals, not just screens.
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and PMs in a fast, iterative environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong asynchronous communication skills.
• Self-directed and reliable in a remote/hybrid setting, with meaningful overlap with European (CET) working hours.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for AI, conversational, or messaging-based products (WhatsApp/Telegram/chat UIs).
• Motion and advanced prototyping skills (e.g., Figma prototyping, Rive, Framer, After Effects).
• Front-end familiarity (HTML/CSS, design tokens) for closer collaboration with engineering.
• Experience with productivity, personal-knowledge, or assistant products.
• Additional languages (Spanish or Catalan).
