Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist to join our growing international team.

This is not a consulting role. We are looking for someone who wants to be embedded in the business — working directly with Finance and Operations teams, solving day-to-day problems, and driving continuous improvement from the inside.

If you have real Business Central experience, a business mindset, and you enjoy getting things done rather than just coordinating, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

✨ Own, support and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on a daily basis.

✨ Work closely with Finance and Operations to identify pain points and translate them into practical BC solutions.

✨ Manage configurations, workflows, and process improvements directly in BC.

✨ Support and train end users across the organization.

✨ Coordinate with external BC partners and consultants when needed.

✨ Contribute to reporting, automation, and digitalization initiatives (Power BI, Power Automate).

✨ Participate in system upgrades and ongoing enhancements.

What we’re looking for

✔ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision — this is non-negotiable.

✔ Solid understanding of Finance and/or Operations processes within BC (GL, AP, AR, purchasing, inventory).

✔ Ability to configure and troubleshoot BC independently — not just coordinate with consultants.

✔ Business-oriented mindset: you understand the “why” behind the system, not just the “how”.

✔ Proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

✔ Fluent English (working language of the team).

Nice to have

➕ Experience with Power BI or Power Automate connected to BC.

➕ Exposure to BC integrations or data migrations.

➕ Experience in real estate, hospitality, or investment management environments.

➕ Spanish language skills.

⚠️ Please do not apply if your ERP experience is exclusively with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, or other platforms. We are specifically looking for Business Central / Navision expertise.
