We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Administrator to support our day-to-day People operations. This role combines employee lifecycle administration, People systems maintenance and data quality, and payroll.

You will play a key role in ensuring that our People data, systems, and processes run smoothly in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end People administration processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
  • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (HRIS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including enrolment and offboarding in insurance plans
  • Act as a key point of contact for People systems maintenance, including updates, data corrections, and basic troubleshooting
  • Monitor and improve data quality, ensuring alignment between systems
  • Generate and validate People reports and data extracts when needed
  • Coordinate payroll processes with external providers across multiple countries (data preparation, validation, follow-up)
  • Review payroll inputs (hires, terminations, variables) to ensure accuracy before submission
  • Prepare and share payroll-related information with Finance
  • Prepare on-boarding documentation, contracts and employee documentation
  • Manage and maintain personnel records and filing (contracts, payroll docs, training records, etc.)
  • Coordinate and track training documentation
  • Support audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance
  • Provide general administrative support to the People team

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in People / HR Operations and payroll coordination
  • Strong experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and employee data management
  • Proven track record ensuring data accuracy and quality control
  • Experience coordinating payroll with external providers (international exposure is a strong plus)
  • Experience improving or documenting People processes
  • Solid understanding of Spanish payroll
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple countries, tasks, and stakeholders
  • High level of confidentiality and reliability

Languages

  • Fluent Spanish
  • Fluent English (essential – daily use in an international environment)
