About the role

As Regulatory Associate for Disentanglement project, you will be responsible for the regulatory activities associated to formulations transfer between factories in Europe, as per our operating model. This includes but it is not limited to the internal maintenance of existing portfolio ensuring variations and registration changes are managed properly as part of the product lifecycle.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the regulatory maintenance and delivery of Vestacy formulations transferred, driving consistency, direction and guaranteeing the appropriate resources / expertise in line with the agreed regulatory strategy.
  • Manage of complex regulatory dossiers due to disentanglement supply project with the aim to achieve a smooth transition in market registrations as per planned timings and existing pipeline compliance.
  • Ensuring teamwork in collaboration with other X-functional technical functions like Supply, Safety, Quality and R&D as well as local regulatory teams to define documentation requirements and data gathering.
  • Review and input into relevant data to maintain and deliver best in class regulatory dossiers according to regulatory requirements.
  • Create and collate market specific documentation where applies.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with requirements and drive content consistency.
  • Develops and inputs into maintenance dossiers and score cards where applicable.
  • Ensure core dossiers/regulatory files are maintained and incorporates changes through the lifecycle because of supply changes.

The skills for success

  • You have high scientific credentials with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) / Master of Science (MS) degree in a relevant scientific discipline – such as Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Pharmacy, alongside significant applied industry experience. A PhD degree is a benefit but not a requirement.

  • You have a good understanding of global product development and maintenance for Vestacy products, rules, regulations and guidelines current and emerging impacting dossiers/regulatory file maintenance.

  • Be able to support the building and execution of writing regulatory strategies and communicating to key stakeholders the necessary implementation plan.

  • You have a broad knowledge and perspective on regulatory implications and can adapt them to regulatory activities linked with disentanglement project.

  • Ability to deliver on time and quality standards in a high-pressure environment.

  • Demonstrate courage, empathy and work collaborative cross-functional, through change by adopting a growth and compliance mindset.

  • You have curiosity and appetite for exploring new and previously unchartered territories and an openness to change with ability to think out of the box.

  • Ability to translate complex regulatory information into a compelling stakeholder friendly language.
