From HCL we are seeking a skilled WMS L2 Support Engineer to provide functional and technical support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The role focuses on supporting end-to-end warehouse operations, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring seamless system integrations during business-critical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 (L2) support for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across multiple warehouse operations
Support core warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and dispatch
Perform SQL-based data analysis to investigate issues, validate data, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and resolve integration failures with upstream and downstream systems
Coordinate with business users, internal IT teams, and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution
Handle production incidents, service requests, and minor system enhancements in line with SLAs
Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Provide operational support during business-critical periods and peak warehouse operations
Ensure adherence to support processes, escalation procedures, and compliance requirements
Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Strong functional and technical knowledge of WMS platforms
Hands-on experience with SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of EDI concepts, transactions, and integrations
Solid understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in 24×7 or production support environments
Ability to work under pressure during peak operational periods
Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach
