REQUIRED TRAINING – QUALIFICATION

 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field

 Specialization in structural design, machinery design, lifting systems or mechatronics (valued)

 Training in CAD design tools such as SolidWorks, Inventor or CATIA

 Certification or proven knowledge of relevant standards (EN 280, ISO, CE compliance) (desirable)

 Knowledge in hydraulic and/or electrical systems design (desirable)

 (Project management training (e.g., PMP or equivalent – valued))

 Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma fundamentals (desirable)

 Professional level of English (minimum B2–C1)

 Previous experience in industrial product design environments (2–5 years typically required)

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

 Mechanical/Industrial engineering applied to lifting systems (structuralcalculations, kinematics, strength of materials)

 Advanced 3D CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA) and parametric

design Project managment to be left out

 knowledge of relevant standards and machine legislation (EN 280, CE compliance) (desirable)

 Design of integrated hydraulic and electrical systems

 FEM/FEA analysis capabilities (structural simulation and fatigue)

 BOM management and technical documentation

 Understanding of manufacturing processes (welding, machining, assembly)

 Experience in product industrialization (DFM / DFA)

 Project management in multinational environments

 Technical English and cross-functional communication

MAIN FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

 Design and development of new lifting platforms (concept to industrialization)

 Define product technical specifications (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical)

 Validate designs through simulation and physical testing

 Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

 Drive cost optimization and continuous product improvement

 Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams

 Manage engineering changes (ECR/ECO processes)

 Provide technical support to manufacturing and resolve issues

 Provide technical support to the sales team

 Contribute to innovation and new product development projects

 Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer to operations
