WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• Strong technical background in software engineering, systems, or digital platforms.
• Proven experience in roles combining technical leadership and agile coordination, such as Scrum Master in complex programmes, Delivery Lead, or Tech Lead with cross‑team coordination responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of agile delivery practices in multi‑team environments.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and external partners.
• Ability to operate effectively in environments with high complexity and ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills and very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong ownership and sense of responsibility for overall delivery.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and a pragmatic, outcome‑focused mindset.
• Comfortable navigating conflict, prioritisation trade‑offs and competing interests.

Nice to have (not mandatory):

• Experience in scaled‑agile setups (for example SAFe RTE, Scrum of Scrums, or similar).
• Background in IoT, connectivity or connected devices.
• Experience working with mobile applications and backend ecosystems.
• Exposure to large‑scale system transformations or migrations.
• Experience working with vendors and distributed teams.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will act as the central coordination point for a complex digital and IoT ecosystem, aligning multiple teams and systems around a shared product vision, with a strong focus on flow, alignment and technical direction rather than people management.

• Coordinate multiple internal and external teams contributing to the digital ecosystem, ensuring they move in the same direction.
• Ensure alignment across system boundaries (connected devices, mobile apps, backend platforms, integrations).
• Identify and manage cross‑team dependencies, risks and delivery impediments.
• Facilitate alignment mechanisms similar to Scrum of Scrums or Release Train coordination, adapted to the organisation’s context.
• Ensure transparency on progress, risks and bottlenecks across teams and streams.
• Support synchronisation of planning, execution and delivery across parallel streams.
• Use your technical background to understand architectural discussions, challenge solutions constructively and help teams converge on technically sound, feasible approaches.
• Work closely with architects and senior engineers to ensure consistency and coherence across the ecosystem and that technical decisions support long‑term sustainability and transformation goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture and Business stakeholders, acting as a bridge between strategic goals and execution on the ground.
• Support decision‑making by providing a holistic view across teams and systems, and proactively follow up on alignment gaps and unresolved topics.
