Lead SAP Basis Expert

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on tech leader to own and evolve our global SAP core (S/4HANA, BTP, Cloud, etc.). You’ll team up with DevOps and Security to keep our systems secure, fast, and scalable. It’s a huge opportunity to shape the future of our SAP landscape while tackling massive global challenges.

• Own the stack: Lead upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Support & Optimize: Keep our day-to-day SAP operations running smoothly and automate the boring stuff.
• Innovate: Stay ahead of the SAP roadmap and pitch cool tech improvements.
• Collaborate: Partner with product teams to ship great integration projects.
• Documentation: Keep our runbooks solid and help out with on-call when needed.

What You Bring

• Experience: 7+ years in SAP Basis, Cloud, and DB admin.
• Cloud Savvy: Proven track record with S/4HANA on AWS/Azure/RISE.
• Architect Mindset: You know your way around SAP BTP, Solman, and Cloud ALM.
• Database/UNIX Expert: Solid skills in HANA, Oracle, Sybase, and UNIX environments.
• Team Player: You’re a problem-solver who enjoys working with diverse teams.
