Main functions

  • User´s support: remote and on-site support.
  • Microsoft System Administration: Medium level. Appreciate AZURE’s knowledge.
  • Manage Active Directory: manage user accounts, sec. groups, and distribution lists.
  • Office 365 Apps and Exchange: Acknowledge to user email administration and manage O365 features.
  • Give remote support and physical support to all stores in EMEA.
  • Experience with ticketing system tools (Manage Engine and JIRA).
  • Support and maintenance of users’ computer equipment. (PC, Laptops, Desktops, Printers, peripherals, and wires).
  • Phone support for internal users.
  • Incident Management (SLA)
  • Acknowledge Network devices (medium level) (Routers, Switches, Firewall)
  • Document incidents/Problems in Ria’s store applications
  • Generate reporting | Impact analysis
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and analyze/troubleshoot complex problems.
  • Update and manage Support and Incident tickets.

Qualifications – External

  • Title in system administration and network.
  • Acknowledge an Infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Servers, Workstations, and Printers)
  • Acknowledge microcomputing.
  • Medium – High English Level.
  • Other technical skills desired
  • Networking
  • Understanding of TCP/IP
  • Assembly Telecom rack
  • Availability to give On-duty support and overtime. (extra payment)
  • Time flexibility
