✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Operate and support IBM i infrastructure across multiple environments (PROD, QAL, TEST, DEV)
• Resolve L2/L3 infrastructure incidents within SLA
• Perform proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance
• Execute backup, restore, rollover and annual DR tests
• Manage infrastructure changes, patching and upgrades
• Maintain documentation including CMDB, runbooks and architecture
• Manage tickets and incidents using ServiceNow ITSM
• Participate in governance meetings and knowledge transfer activities

WHAT TECHNOLOGIES, METHODOLOGIES OR TOOLS WILL YOU USE?

• IBM i (AS400 / iSeries) system administration
• AIX Operating System
• DB2 on IBM i
• BRMS (Backup & Recovery)
• Replication tools such as MIMIX or iTera
• ServiceNow ITSM
• Monitoring tools such as Centreon
• Security tools such as Assure Security
