Are you interested in improving how business processes work and using data to make them more efficient?

We are looking for a student to support continuous improvement projects within our Operational Excellence team.

Key Accountabilities

• Support continuous improvement projects (Lean methodologies; Six Sigma is a plus)
• Track improvement initiatives and support the internal MyCI program
• Analyze data and prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint
• Prepare training materials and workshop content
• Document and standardize processes
• Collaborate with different teams across the organization

What we’re looking for:

• Students in Industrial Engineering, Chemichal Engineer, Business, or Analytics-related fields
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in data
• High Excel skills
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
• Availability for a 6-9-month internship (5- 6h/day), position already open to start right now!
• 10€/hour
