Accounting Specialist – International Support (Austria)

At Fersa, we continue to strengthen collaboration across our international teams. To support the finance team at our Austrian subsidiary, we are looking for someone based in Zaragoza to actively contribute to key financial and accounting activities.

Your Mission:

You will work in an international environment, collaborating closely with the Austrian finance team and supporting key processes such as:

• Booking of Incoming Invoices: You ensure the correct and efficient booking of all incoming invoices.
• Bank Statement Posting: Posting of bank statements is also part of your responsibilities.
• Monitoring Financial Transactions: You oversee financial transactions with financial institutions, such as factoring and confirming, and ensure their accuracy.
• Monthly Closing: You assist in preparing the monthly closing and contribute to its timely completion.
• Accounts Receivable and Payable: You maintain an overview by regularly reviewing accounts receivable and payable to ensure everything is in order.

What you bring:

• Education: You have completed a degree in accounting or finance.
• Excel Expert: Your Excel skills help you efficiently manage complex data.
• Language Skills: Good level of English to work in an international environment; German language will be considered a plus.
• Personality: You stand out with your open and sociable nature and look forward to collaborating in an international team.
• Experience: If you have already gained practical work experience
