JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Controller to join our team in Barcelona to support financial reporting, budgeting, and controlling activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial information for decision-making.

RESPONSABILITIES

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting systems.
  • Deliver timely management reports and financial analysis to senior leadership.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Participate in the preparation of annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
  • Monitor financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
  • Support strategic planning with financial modeling and scenario analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of progressive finance/controlling experience.
  • Previous experience as Controller
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
