TEST ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate on initiatives to improve test coverage and release velocity
• Work closely with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing best practices
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions

Requirements:

• Hold a master’s degree in software development or a related field
• Have extensive experience in several of the following domains:
• – Network communication and related security
• – Multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux)
• – Embedded software
• – Test automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Jmeter)
• – Electronics
• – Proficiency in Python and other programming languages
• Demonstrated ability to lead testing efforts and drive improvements in testing processes
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English.
