    Support and evolve the company’s global rewards philos ophy across different employee populations and geograph
  • ies.Conduct market benchmarking initiatives, salary reviews, and compensation anal ysis to maintain competitive position
  • ing.Design and maintain salary bands, bonus schemes, and incentive struct ures aligned with business go
  • als.Ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance across international compensation practi

Performance Manag

  • ementBuild and continuously improve performance evaluation frame works that connect employee impact with reward mechan
  • isms.Partner closely with HRBPs and leadership teams to ensure performance standards are applied consistently across the organiza
  • tion.Develop calibration processes and measurable evaluation criteria to support fair and objective talent assess m

    Solid International experience within Compensation & Benefits and/or Performance Managem ent roles, ideally in multinational or high-growth env i
  • ronments.Strong understanding of Spanish labor regulations and compensation p
  • ractices.Knowledge of salary structures, benchmarking methodologies, bonus schemes, and incentive
  • programs.Experience supporting or managing performance evaluation f r
  • ameworks.Advanced Exc el skills and familiarity with HRIS platforms and people analyt i
  • cs tools.Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with business leaders and cross-functional stak
  • eholders.Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, with a hands-on
  • approach.Comfortable creating processes, frameworks, and structures fro m scratch in evolving envi
