Finatal are working with an International Business Services institution, backed by a European private equity fund that are looking to take on an interim FP&A consultant to transform their current group FP&A function, data analysis/readiness along with process enhancements of performance visibility. They are a very international entity having undergone growth since initial PE acquisition. Reporting to the CFO, one of your first tasks will be to run a diagnostic of the FP&A team and its capability, with a view to leading the execution of a transformation roadmap following this. You will be based in Barcelona or commutable distance from Barcelona.

Ideally you’ll have a track record in:

• FP&A forecasting and modelling
• Data quality and speed of data readiness enhancement
• Working in leveraged environments
• Leading International FP&A functions
• Business partnering with Senior Leadership
• Transforming FP&A processes
