We are supporting a fast-growing semiconductor manufacturing company in Murcia in the recruitment of a Production Systems Leader to drive the design, implementation and continuous improvement of its manufacturing IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement state-of-the-art software and system production infrastructures.
• Maintain robust production systems and manufacturing data flows, covering equipment automation interfaces, MES, ERP (SAP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), databases and security-related processes.
• Coordinate projects and best-practice deployment with other back-end test sites located in Meyreuil and Murcia.
• Work closely with IT & Security, Software Development, Engineering, Production and Supply Chain teams, as well as external technology partners and suppliers.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, security and traceability of manufacturing systems supporting semiconductor production activities.

Profile

Education

• Engineering degree (Master’s level or equivalent).

Experience

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing IT systems.
• Strong expertise in:
• MES architecture and deployment
• Semiconductor test operations (EWS, Final Test)
• Equipment automation and SEMI standards
• Integration of manufacturing systems with ERP, PLM and enterprise applications
• Experience working with outsourced assembly and test providers (OSAT) is highly desirable.
• Exposure to secure device personalization environments would be a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

• Deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing systems, including MES architecture and production workflows covering wafer sort, assembly, final test and device personalization.
• Strong understanding of factory automation, equipment integration and interactions with ATE testers, probers and handlers.
• Ability to design and govern end-to-end manufacturing IT architectures across multi-site production environments.
• Proven experience integrating MES platforms with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, PLM and Quality Management systems through secure and scalable interfaces.
• Knowledge of secure manufacturing and personalization processes, including:
• Cryptographic key provisioning
• Secure data management
• HSM-based infrastructures
• Experience managing secure data exchanges with OSAT partners and external test houses while ensuring compliance, traceability and data integrity throughout the supply chain.
