We are currently looking for a highly motivated Law student or recent graduate to join our Human Resources team as a Labour Relations & Employment Law Intern . This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in employment law, labour relations and HR processes within a fast-paced international environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, review and management of employment documentation.
- Assist with labour relations matters and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Operations teams.
- Participate in internal investigations and disciplinary processes when required.
- Assist with employee communications and HR projects.
- Support reporting, data analysis and HR documentation management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (completed or currently studying).
- Strong interest in Employment Law and Human Resources.
- High level of English (C1 minimum).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Proactive, organized and eager to learn.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
