We are currently looking for a highly motivated Law student or recent graduate to join our Human Resources team as a Labour Relations & Employment Law Intern . This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in employment law, labour relations and HR processes within a fast-paced international environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation, review and management of employment documentation.
  • Assist with labour relations matters and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Support compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Operations teams.
  • Participate in internal investigations and disciplinary processes when required.
  • Assist with employee communications and HR projects.
  • Support reporting, data analysis and HR documentation management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (completed or currently studying).
  • Strong interest in Employment Law and Human Resources.
  • High level of English (C1 minimum).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Proactive, organized and eager to learn.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
