Job Title : Software Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and evolve application architectures aligned with strategic goals.
• Contribute to product-oriented teams with full ownership and autonomy.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members by providing technical insights.
• Document and communicate business requirements effectively.
• Ensure compliance with architecture and data security standards. Required Skills & Experience
• Prior experience as a Software Developer, ideally with Java.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Principles.
• Familiarity with architectural styles: monolithic, microservices, event driven, and service-oriented.
• Experience with relational, key-value, and document-based databases.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (especially AWS) and associated services.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Understanding of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
• Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work independently and respond positively to feedback.
