We are looking for a Cloud Governance & ServiceNow Analyst to join our team for a multinational leader in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the Cloud inventory, ensuring Cloud services are accurately registered and documented.

• Work with ServiceNow and CMDB processes to guarantee the quality, consistency and completeness of Cloud-related information.

• Classify and maintain Cloud services across different environments, including on-premise, public Cloud and hybrid solutions.

• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure Cloud services are properly governed and aligned with ITSM processes.

• Support the continuous improvement of Cloud inventory management processes and documentation.

• Contribute to maintaining knowledge bases and ensuring information remains up to date and reliable.

Skills:

Essential:

• Experience working with ServiceNow .

• Knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management processes.

• Understanding of ITIL / ITSM principles and service management processes.

• Practical knowledge of Cloud environments and services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders.

• Good command of English (minimum B2). French is valued.

Desirable:

• Experience working in large international organisations.

• Previous exposure to Cloud environments such as public, private or hybrid Cloud.

• Experience maintaining service catalogues or IT inventories.
