Our firm is partnering with a fast-growing mobile gaming company to hire a Head of Product Development.

This is a rare opportunity for a true player-coach who combines product leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on execution. You’ll own both Product and Engineering across a portfolio of ad-monetized casual mobile games, helping shape strategy while actively contributing to delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and drive product strategy across a portfolio of casual mobile games

• Own roadmap planning, experimentation, and product performance

• Lead technical architecture and engineering best practices

• Drive AI adoption across product and development workflows

• Collaborate closely with UA, monetization, analytics, and R&D teams

• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team

• Lead by example through hands-on product and technical contribution

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in senior product, engineering, or product leadership roles within mobile gaming

• Strong background in ad-monetized casual evergreen games (cards, word games, puzzles, board games, and similar genres)

• Experience spanning both product management and software development

• Deep understanding of mobile game KPIs, experimentation, retention, and monetization

• Practical experience leveraging AI tools and workflows to improve product development and execution

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Nice to Have:

• Founder or co-founder experience

• Experience scaling casual mobile games from early traction to significant revenue

• Experience building internal tools, automation systems, or AI-powered workflows
