✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• Education:Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with:SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premise)
• Power BI
• Solid knowledge of SharePoint :Basic administration and development (sites, lists, libraries, workflows, permissions)
• Experience creating and managing sites, lists, libraries and workflows
• Experience with SPFx (SharePoint Framework) is a strong plus
• Experience with Power Platform , especially Power Automate
• Solid knowledge of Power BI :Design and development of dashboards and reports
• Data modeling and optimization of data models
• Strong skills in DAX and Power Query (M)
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Desirable:Experience with Power Apps
• Knowledge of Azure services (e.g. Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Microsoft certifications (Power BI, SharePoint, Power Platform, or related)
• Valuable: specialized training in Business Intelligence or Microsoft technologies

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Design, develop and maintain solutions in SharePoint Online / SharePoint Server .
• Create, customize and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries and workflows , ensuring usability and alignment with business needs.
• Develop solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework) when required.
• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools and services.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decision making.
• Perform data modeling and develop DAX measures and Power Query (M) transformations for advanced analysis and reporting.
• Optimize the performance of reports and data models , ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify analytical and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document technical solutions, architectures and best practices , ensuring maintainability and knowledge sharing within the team.
