Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the key liaison between the Spanish entity, the external accounting firm, and the Finance & Accounting Department of the parent company in Poland
- Serving as the primary local business partner for all accounting and tax‑related matters, providing expert support to operational and management teams
- Reviewing accounting reports and documentation prepared by the external accounting firm to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations and group standards
- Coordinating and supporting the resolution of accounting issues, clarifying discrepancies, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders
- Reconciling accounts and preparing financial data for internal reporting and audits
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of local and international reporting and accounting processes
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting regulations and tax compliance
- Fluent Spanish and communicative English (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in full accounting or financial reporting, preferably in a production/manufacturing company
Nice to Have
- Experience in ERP system implementation
- Experience in accounting process migration or transformation projects
