Position: Industrial Robotics Engineer

We are looking for a driven Industrial Robotics Engineer to join our team and take ownership of advanced automation projects within the automotive industry. You will bring both hands-on technical depth and the ability to lead cross-functional efforts from concept through delivery.

What you will do

• Own robotic integration projects end-to-end, from initial design through plant commissioning.
• Provide technical direction to internal teams and manage third-party contractors.
• Design, program, and integrate complex robotic systems into production environments.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on spec, and to the highest quality standards.
• Produce thorough technical documentation and support validation and handover phases.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to drive project success.

What we are looking for

• Degree or higher vocational qualification in Industrial Automation, Robotics, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of proven experience in industrial settings with robotic systems.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel as projects require.
• Self-driven, well-organised, and results-oriented working style.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate engineering teams.
• Background in managing technical or industrial projects.
• Hands-on experience with robot brands including ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Epson, Stäubli, Kawasaki, or Kassow.
