Summary

• We are looking for an engineer with a solid background in mobile telecommunications, used to working in production and post-sales environments, and capable of combining project delivery and support activities.
• The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience in IMS, mVAS, and/or multi-generation Mobile Core networks (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).

Role Purpose

• To join the Post-Sales team and provide advanced technical support in mobile network environments, participating in new deployments, expansions of existing projects, incident handling, and ongoing service operations, including participation in an on-call duty roster when required.

Main Responsibilities

• Support and execute deployment projects for new solutions and platforms.
• Participate in expansions, upgrades, and evolutions of existing customer projects.
• Provide post-sales technical support for production platforms and services.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents.

Required Technical Skills:

Value Added Services (VAS) – SMSC / IN

• Strong experience with Value Added Services platforms, particularly SMSC and Intelligent Network (IN) environments.
• Proven experience in integration, deployment, configuration, and operational support of SMS and IN service platforms.

Mobile Core (2G3G4G5G) – Packet Core and IMS (VoLTE / VoWiFi)

• Strong technical and functional knowledge of Mobile Core networks, with focus on Packet Switched (PS) Core and IMS-based services.
• Experience with Fixed and Mobile IMS architectures, including VoLTE and VoWiFi service implementation and support.
