The Role

We are seeking a highly accountable and autonomous Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout of a new enterprise forecasting solution. This critical platform is built on Databricks and Anaplan, and the successful candidate will take full ownership of driving the implementation forward.

This role requires a delivery-focused professional who thrives in a complex environment and can operate with minimal supervision, ensuring the project transitions smoothly from initial deployment phases through to successful final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead the comprehensive rollout of the new forecasting solution, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables from inception to completion.
• Autonomous Execution: Take full accountability for project success, driving execution independently and managing risk with minimal supervision.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate efforts between technical deployment teams and business streams to ensure seamless platform integration.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain regular progress tracking and align project delivery with overarching business forecasting objectives.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Senior Project Management: Extensive experience leading complex, large-scale software or data implementation projects end-to-end.
• Technical Familiarity: Prior experience managing project deliveries involving Databricks, Anaplan, or advanced data-driven forecasting platforms is highly advantageous.
• High Accountability: A track record of demonstrating complete autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and strong leadership in fast-paced environments.
