Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite per week)

Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant to join an exciting growing international team based in Madrid.

About the Role

You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, delivering end-to-end solutions within Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role requires a strong blend of functional understanding and technical capability, including configuration, development, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Develop extensions and enhancements
• Optimise core finance processes
• Support integrations with third-party systems and APIs
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
• Proven techno-functional capability (configuration + development exposure)
• Solid understanding of optimising finance processes
• Ability to work onsite in Madrid 2–3 days per week
• Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
