WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain qualitative relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Sourcing and pre-selection interviews through phone calls, references, etc.
  • Access to the best recruitment tools on the market and support from an amazing team to ensure your success.
  • Understand and challenge new needs; define a proactive Recruitment and Sourcing strategy.
  • Work as a team with your clients, managers, and other TA teams.
  • Develop a candidate network by spotting expert candidates actively looking on the market today or available soon.
  • Act as a unique qualitative spokesperson to your clients and candidates to deepen relationships with them.
  • Participate in every step of the recruitment process from need definition to best candidates’ selection.
  • Become a recruitment expert on a specific sector and on different roles and markets.

✍️ WHAT WE WANT ✍️

  • Graduated with a Master’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business, or similar.
  • Around +2 year of experience in consulting business development and Recruitment (experience in IT or Engineering)
  • Great communication skills, dynamism, creative thinking, and the ability to identify talents.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a business development mindset to create and maintain qualitative relationships with different points of contact.
  • Good command of English to communicate efficiently with hiring managers and candidates worldwide.
