The Green Recruitment Company is looking for a Legal Head to work in a leading asset owner with 1 GW of BESS projects in pipeline.

The chosen person will report directly to the area partner or C-Suite and will be part of a growing young team having constant contact with the business core departments and different stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Advice on matters of public contracting and permitting.
• Resolution of queries related to the energy sector.
• Analysis and preparation of documentation adapted to the regulations to enter the tenders.
• Advice to the firm’s clients on regulatory aspects of the Energy sector, in administrative proceedings and in processes in the contentious-administrative order.

Requirements:

• Plus 8 years of experience in Regulatory and/or Energy law.
• Experience managing teams.
• Ability to identify and manage risks in projects.
• High organizational and communication skills.
• High level English (C1)
