We are looking for an M&A Manager to join our M&A Department at Dargon Energy . The ideal candidate is passionate about the renewable energy sector and brings a strong transactional background to drive our growth strategy in national and international markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate renewable energy asset acquisition opportunities in national and international markets.
• Lead end-to-end M&A processes: origination, due diligence, valuation, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, comparables) for asset valuation.
• Coordinate internal teams (legal, technical, finance) and external advisors throughout deal execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments in the renewables sector.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present deal recommendations to senior management and investment committee.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years in M&A, investment banking or corporate development.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure or project finance.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
