We are looking for a Senior Full‑Stack AI Software Engineer to join a global AI & Innovation team focused on building intelligent, secure, and scalable enterprise applications.

In this role, you will design and develop LLM‑powered features, Agentic AI workflows, RAG pipelines, and full‑stack SaaS applications , working across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI orchestration.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, implement, support, and maintain applications based on business requirements, using approved technologies and coding standards.
• Design and implement scalable backend services in Python and REST APIs that support AI/agent capabilities and product workflows.
• Design and develop Agentic AI applications that automate multi-step workflows and solve real-world operational challenges. Integrate LLMs , implement RAG pipelines , and develop Agentic AI workflows
• Work with vector databases (Milvus or similar) and data pipelines
• Containerize services with Docker and support CI/CD pipelines
• Build, deploy, and operate cloud-native services in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, governance alignment, and performance for AI/agent use cases.
• Contribute to architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices
• Mentor team members and support a collaborative engineering culture

Must Have

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience integrating LLMs / Generative AI into applications
• Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI or multi‑step workflows
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs
• Experience with Svelte (preferred) , React, Angular or TypeScript
• Cloud experience with Azure and/or GCP
• Experience with MongoDB , SQL databases, and vector DBs
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD
• English C1 – international enviroment

Hybrid model in Madrid.
