We are now looking for a Ceramic Technical Services Specialist who has the following qualifications to work in our Ceramic Sales Department in our factory operating in Castellon/Spain.

The ideal candidate should have…

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, or Materials and Metallurgical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ceramic materials testing processes
• Good command of English
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Result-oriented mindset
• Valid B-class driving license and active driving experience
• No restriction for domestic and international travel
• Resident in Sakarya or Kocaeli, or willing to relocate
• Knowledge of a third language (preferably French) is a plus

• To provide customer loyalty by understanding expectations of the customer,
• Maintaining relationships technical departments of the customers,
• To perform necessary follow-up for customer satisfaction or adaptation of the new products developed, ensuring coordination with R&D department,
• Solving customer complaints in a prompt and practical way,
• To contribute product development studies by following all changes and developments in the customers and in global market,
• To support of sales in line with company targets and strategies.
