I am currently seeking a Freelance Site Manager with a strong background in electrical engineering with experience in substations or medium voltage for my client located in the North of Spain.

Start Date: Immediate

Location: North of Spain

Rate: Competitive (excluding external costs such as travel and accommodation, which will be covered by the client)

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 100% onsite

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in site management
• Strong background in electrical engineering
• Proven experience with substations and medium voltage systems
• Fluency in English and Spanish (B1/B2 level for internal communication)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

Role Responsibilities:

• As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of electrical, control, and automation engineers. Your primary focus will be on coordination, planning, and stakeholder alignment rather than hands-on testing.
• You will ensure effective collaboration across all parties involved during the testing phases of the project.
• The project involves a multi-level data centre facility, where power systems are typically located on the main floor and data infrastructure and cooling systems are distributed across various levels.
