What are we looking for?

The function of the Junior Client Program Manager is to support the program management team in the day-to-day work related to the coordination of all activities required to ensure adequate oversight and control over the CDMO programs at mAbxience. In this capacity, the role will focus on supporting the successful delivery of programs by providing analytical, operational, and reporting support.

She/he should be a power user of analytics and visualization tools, possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and thrive in a fast-paced, science-driven environment with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.

Specific Responsibilities

Initiation of new projects and work packages:

• Support in the evaluation of new programs by preparing client project proposals, evaluating scope, timelines and budget
• Prepare contracts and amendments to support the ongoing CDMO programs

Budget monitoring and invoicing

• Support in finance forecasting, capacity planning and budget tracking
• Monitor the completion of deliverables triggering billing activities. Liaise with finance to coordinate the monthly invoicing to CDMO clients to meet forecast and budget objectives
• Identify and assess deviations versus the forecasted revenue
• Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with program budgets.

Program management tools and reporting

• Build, monitor and maintain program management tools, databases and information systems such as Jira, action trackers, risk management files, and budget databases
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and granular timelines.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Provide operational support in the execution of project activities to the lead Program Managers
• Closely interact with the PM team and all functional disciplines of the company in a matrix role, integrating all expertise into the program
