About the role

We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join the finance team supporting the exciting Formula 1 Madrid project at MATCH Hospitality.

This role is ideal for someone with previous administrative or finance experience who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and financial data. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day finance operations of the business while working closely with colleagues across an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Administration

  • Process customer and supplier invoices
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and payment processing
  • Help track outstanding customer balances and supplier payments
  • Support expense management and documentation control

Reporting & Support

  • Assist the Finance team with month-end activities
  • Prepare basic reports and data analysis using Excel
  • Maintain filing systems and supporting documentation
  • Support audit requests and compliance requirements
  • Assist with ad-hoc finance and administration tasks

Essential Skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
  • Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional English

Experience

  • Previous experience in administration, finance administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping or similar roles
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage but not essential
  • Experience in an international environment is desirable
  • Experience in hospitality, events or sports industries is a plus
