Administrative Commercial – Showroom (French Speaker)

What are we looking for

We are looking for an Administrative Commercial profile with a strong sales mindset to join our Center in Oiartzun.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while actively identifying and generating sales opportunities , supporting business growth and building long-term relationships with both end customers and professional clients.

Fluency in French is essential, as you will regularly interact with international customers.

What you will do

Sales Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage every customer, ensuring a premium and personalized showroom experience.
  • Actively identify sales opportunities , generating leads and contributing to their conversion into projects and revenue.
  • Assist walk-in customers and scheduled appointments, understanding their needs and guiding them throughout the decision-making process.
  • Provide commercial support via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with professional clients (architects, designers, builders, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up on leads and maximize conversion rates.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to activate new opportunities and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Support commercial activities such as sample management, stock checks and client follow-ups.

Business Development & Customer Engagement

  • Help increase traffic and visibility of the Center through customer engagement and networking.
  • Participate in and support the organization of events aimed at attracting potential clients and generating business opportunities.
  • Identify key local stakeholders and contribute to positioning the showroom within the design and construction industry.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Register customer visits, leads and activities in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Filter and qualify incoming leads before sharing them with the sales team.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are properly tracked and followed up.
  • Support daily showroom operations, ensuring it is always maintained to the highest standards.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to suppliers and showroom management.

What you need to succeed

Professional Experience

  • +2 years of experience in sales or commercial roles .
  • Experience in customer-facing environments (retail, showroom or similar) with a proven track record in lead generation and sales conversion .
  • Experience in design, architecture, or building materials industry is a plus.

Knowledge

  • Strong commercial mindset with proven skills in sales, customer engagement and relationship building .
  • Knowledge of the construction, decoration or interior design market is valuable.

Languages

  • High level of French (mandatory)
  • Spanish and/or English are a plus

Education

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture or related fields is a plus
